I heard that video games should be played only 2 hrs per day to be safe.When i am just surfing the internet,is it considered playing video game?
It depends really…I suppose when you look at it, when you are playing a video game you are looking at a screen for prolonged periods of time, and the same can be said for when surfing the Net. So in a way, yes, it can be classed as a video game. However, usually while playing a video game, you concentrate hard for a long sustained period of time, whereas when surfing the Net, this is (usually, mind you, this is a general comment) a fairly relaxed pasttime. It really depends on how you look at it and approach it.
