You want to be thinner, healthier, and more energetic, but as much as you want these things you still cannot find the motivation or drive to make exercise a priority in your life. When did exercise become such a chore?

The interesting thing about exercise these days is that we seem to have to force our bodies to get the use that they were intended. A good majority of American’s spend their lives at a desk or behind computers, while our ancestors were working on farms, keeping house and were not over saturated with gadgets to make life easier. Because of this, we have to find time to exercise and make is a priority.

When you think about working out, what comes to mind? For starters the word work-out just doesn’t sound very fun, but besides that we often think about the time it will take and how inconvenient it is. But, think back to your childhood for a minute.

Think about the days spent outdoors riding bikes, playing in the mud, running, game playing and all the climbing you did and loved doing. Children never complain about this kind of exercise because they love doing it! What changed?

For starters, we all have to grow up and get jobs. But, start thinking about it this way: can you make time to fit fun exercise into you life? Yes, you can and it may just change your life in so many ways. The trick is simple: make exercise fun. Take the boring parts out of it, take out the hassle. Find ways to inject the same childhood excitement and vigor into your daily regimen. It is not silly to want to spend time playing, especially when exercise is involved. So many adults forget how to have fun.

Figuring out a way to exercise without feeling like you are exercising will be one of the ways to keep you coming back to it even on days when you are feeling particularly lazy and tired. Finding time to get a workout in will help you to see results, but finding ways to stay active when you’re not at the gym will give you even better results.

One of the biggest ways to do this is by embracing the outdoors. Think about it, when was the last time that you really spent any amount of time outside? Going from your house to your car and rom your car to your office does not count. Finding out where the neighborhood recreational parks are can help you to think of great ways to have fun while exercising.

You can play tennis, hike, bike, walk, run, play basketball, swimming, Frisbee or even football. Your options are limitless. Even in the winter, try bundling up and going for a brisk walk outdoors to refresh your mind and your routine. Or you could try a winter sport such a skiing.

Another great way to exercise outside is in your own front yard. Doing yard work is a great way to work extra activity in your life. Raking, weeding, gardening, or even mowing the lawn are great ways to burn a lot of calories and still enjoy yourself while you do it.

The thought of having someone at your service 24 hours a day is appealing whatever your reason for travel – whether for a vacation, business, or to visit your family. For some, staying in a hotel is just a place to rest their head while to others it is the destination itself. While some look for clean rooms and a good restaurant, others may prefer to have a variety of activities to keep them occupied during their stay.

For that reason hotels are as different as the travellers who stay in them. A traveller may find an Inn near the airport very suitable while another insists on 5 stars in the heart of London. Budget hotels exist for the person who is travelling on a strict budget and there are hotels which cater to the businessman and that offer meeting rooms and other business related services.

Resort hotels are popular with families travelling on holiday, while others prefer the quiet exclusivity of a boutique hotel overlooking the Swiss Alps. Boutique hotels offer a more personalized service, smaller and high end, they are often found in urban areas which give guests an opportunity to explore a different side of the city they are visiting.

What they all have in common is goods and services, in this case, full services. Hotels comprise a very large section of the establishment in the hospitality industry and are classified as offering full-service or limited-service, or no-service. Full-service hotels offer their guests a host of different services which include at least one restaurant as well as beverage options, be it a coffee bar, cocktail bar or lounge as well as room service. The larger hotels which cater for exclusive clientele quite often have retail shops available for their guests who can find daily newspapers, gifts or cosmetics.

On top of this, many full-service hotels offer laundry or valet services, a concierge who can arrange theatre tickets and taxis as well as a host of other services. Some boast swimming pools as well as beauty salons, and you may even be able to find a fitness or health centre.

How are Hotels Categorised

Full service hotels, such as a conference hotel, can be distinguished from one another by different features, or services they offer. Conference hotels provide meeting rooms and accommodation for out of town delegates as well as full banqueting services. While there are no hotels categorised as “wedding hotels,” very large weddings are easily hosted in this type of hotel as they not only provide accommodation for the wedding party, but also host the wedding in beautifully decorated rooms while providing full catering services.

There are hotels dedicated to casino gambling which offer legal gambling on the same premises along with all the services you may want to find in a full service hotel. Some casino hotels also contain conference or wedding facilities.

Merging Full service with Condominium-Style Rooms

Condominium resorts are becoming more popular and quite a few luxury full service hotels are adding this option to their services. They tend to be very large establishments and because of this are usually managed by luxury hotel chains. But they can also be independently owned and then affiliated with a hotel chain through franchise agreements. This allows them the opportunity to participate in a national reservation service and gives the impression that they belong to a larger group. The main point is that they provide guests with the services and amenities offered by a full service hotel.

More often referred to as resort hotels, this type of accommodation is directed toward families on vacation, but also offers a guest the option of longer stays. They are often set in exotic locations, but can also be found in cities.

These offer luxurious accommodations comprising of apartments complete with kitchens, living and dining areas and separated bedrooms. They offer guests a host of recreational facilities which are suited to locations they are set in. Typically you can find these resorts in vacation destinations like Disney World for instance, but most often they are close to nature such as the sea or the mountains.

Among the facilities they offer are swimming pools, golf courses, tennis courts or other sporting activities like skiing, depending on location. They cater for your children by offering game rooms and supervised entertainment while the adults can make use of beauty spas or health centres.

These types of destinations are a great way to combine business with pleasure, and make perfect conference venues. While delegates are kept busy attending meetings during the day, their families are free to explore and partake in the many activities that are designed to keep them entertained and amused. In the evening, baby sitters can be arranged while you dine.

Due to the nature of their business, occupancy may fluctuate greatly with the seasons, and because of this you may find great off season offers and other incentives.

Andorra has transformed her ski holiday image over the last 20 years from a ‘poor man’s Switzerland’ to a fully functional ski country able to compete with other European countries during the December to April European ski season.

So successful has the transformation been that nearly ten million tourists visit the country each year.

And for this year’s ski season Andorra opened a new family friendly ski park in Arinsal, moving away further still from her old image of a cheap and cheerful ski holiday for 18-30 year olds to one that caters well for all.

The snow park includes a conveyor belt and a game zone, designed to give children confidence before they ski and use the chair lifts.

Well known ski villages in Andorra include Soldeu and Ordino as well as Arinsal.

Other new developments in Andorra for the 2007 ski season include a 540 space underground car park in La Massana close to the cable car, and an extension of the beginners area in Arinsal.

Commenting on the new facilities, a travel guide for Andorra claims that the investment in Andorra’s infrastructure is ongoing, and will allow Andorra to compete with other ski areas in Europe for years to come.

               Property In Andorra

As well as being a top ski destination, Andorra is also a tax haven, with many people moving to the country to benefit from her income tax free status.

Property prices have risen dramatically over the last ten years, and according to Andorra real estate agents two bedroom apartments now start from around 250,000 Euros.

Buying a property in Andorra is often seen as a route to residency, which entitles people to live in Andorra and benefit from her tax haven status.

To obtain residency in Andorra, applications need to be submitted in Catalan. A notarised copy of the applicants passport, birth certificate and a certificate of good conduct from the home country are submitted at the same time. Residency normally takes between three and six months to be approved.

Once residency is granted, residents are supposed to spend six months a year in Andorra, but this isn’t policed.

One of the drawbacks for those looking to become a resident in a tax haven when considering Andorra has been that the country has no airport of its own, and is unlikely to have in the future given that it is located in the Pyrenees. The nearest airports are Barcelona and Toulouse.

Recent improvements in the road from Barcelona to Andorra though have cut the travelling time by some thirty minutes to two hours fifteen minutes.

‘Given the tax advantages Andorra has’, note the guide, ‘A two and a quarter hour trip to the nearest international airport could be viewed as a small price to pay for those who will be saving substantial amounts of money in tax. Especially when you consider that their properties could be rising in value quite significantly in the years to come, and for those who like skiing it’s a holiday and tax paradise in one!’

When it’s time to take a ski vacation, or any vacation for that matter, it’s important to go somewhere that will accommodate everyone’s interests, needs, and athletic skill levels. When you don’t want anyone to feel left behind, consider visiting a place like Keystone, Colorado. Here, no one will be too overwhelmed by the mountain’s offerings, and even the pros will find a slope to put them to the test. Keystone is all about variety, so check it out for a vacation during any season of the year.

Winter travelers will be wow-ed by Keystone’s seemingly limitless snow-related activities. Eight months out of the year find the majestic mountains covered in the powdery stuff, and with four different peaks to choose from there’s enough room for everyone to enjoy themselves. Novices will find a place to learn the ropes without fearing for their lives, as instruction is readily available and newcomers are hardly a rare sight. Seasoned skiers will be properly challenged by the thrill rides contained within Arapahoe Basin, so no matter who you are you’ll meet your match in Keystone.

For something different and perfect for all the night owls out there, be aware that Keystone hardly shuts down when darkness falls. Thanks to lots of lights and an omnipresent spirit of adventure, it’s possible to keep the ski fun going long into the evening. This is the largest night park in the state, and it offers skiing, snowshoeing and tubing beneath the gleam of the moon. Nothing compares to speeding through the darkness as the snow takes on an otherworldly sparkle, and this experience cannot be missed.

After a good night’s rest and lots of moonbeam-lit dreams, head back outside for another round. Ice skating and winter hiking make great pastimes, so don’t think it’s all about the skis. If you need some time indoors to stay warm, shop for souvenirs or hit the arcade. Keystone is perfect for families who sometimes find it necessary to split up in order to stay sane and have a great day, so while mom gets a pedicure or a massage, the kids will be entertained by one of the many organized activities going on. Meet back up for hot cocoa and compare stories; everyone is sure to think they’ve had the most fun.

Don’t forget that the warm weather months are also jam-packed with laughs and possibilities, making summer vacations just as eventful as winter ones. Hikes and nature walks are of course must-sees, but don’t forget about mini-golf, hot air balloon rides, canoeing, fly fishing or any of the other balmy, wildflower-accented scenarios you may find yourself living within after the ice has melted. Making your way to a higher altitude this June, July or August could be an excellent way to achieve the summer vacation you’ve always wanted to brag about come September.

After working up a sweat mountain biking or horseback riding, you’ll certainly want to investigate Keystone’s culinary offerings. Several noteworthy restaurants along with a healthy nightlife scene will rev up your après-ski or hot summer night situation, and grocery stores will allow you to pick up a few necessities if you’re interested in creating a few happy hours or dinners of your own design. These will be especially likely if you’re lucky enough to have reserved a vacation property, which will take care of the needs you never even knew you had.

Keystone, more than lots of other destinations, has many vacation rentals to choose from. They range in size, style and price, and will duly allow you and your companions to enjoy yourselves to the fullest extent. Having certain things at your disposal, like a kitchen, master suite, game room and super-cozy fireplace, will make this trip far better than your last.

Cabins, lodges and spacious log town homes have undeniable appeal, especially when nestled before the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains, so see what you’ve been missing and go online today. Your Keystone Vacation Rental awaits you, as does a vacation that will truly take you away.

Kissing is one of the most intimate acts of sex (yes, its sex when you exchange bodily fluids and that includes kissing) which is why I call it “facial intercourse,” a phrase I often like to use in my seminars.

What you may not know about kissing is that there is now scientific evidence that long, wet, deep, passionate kissing can stimulate the same type of brain activity as high risk sports activities such as bungee jumping. The feelings of anticipation and excitement from both activities cause the brain to release feel good endorphins and neurotransmitters (chemicals) like Dopamine, whose targeted actions includes voluntary movement and emotional arousal and Noradrenaline for wakefulness and physical arousal.

Drugs like Speed and Amphetamines that suppress appetite and enhance performance create similar feelings to the natural endorphins your body releases during passionate kissing and sports. Unlike when you’re rock climbing, speed skiing, or parachuting, when you kiss someone you have incredible chemistry with, your brain sends messages to your body that creates physical changes and sensations resulting in arousal; and if you move from kissing to caressing, oral sex, intercourse, and orgasm, your body will go through five stages of a sexual response cycle.

Masters and Johnson described the sexual response cycle as having four stages in the 1960’s when they studied over 10,000 response cycles: Excitement, Plateau, Orgasm and Resolution. I personally believe there are actually five cycles, especially for women, the first being foreplay.

Cycle #1 – Foreplay

Most people I know like to be prepared for sex whether it’s with a kiss, caress, or hearing about what’s to come (excuse the pun). Foreplay creates sexual anticipation and releases feel-good endorphins and it gets the blood flowing towards the genitals.

Cycle #2 – Excitement

One of the major physical responses to excitement is known as Vasocongestion, which is when blood flow increases to the genital tissues, breasts, and nipples. A woman’s breasts swell and her nipples become erect, her vagina becomes lubricated, and her clitoris can grow up to three times its normal size. His increased blood flow to the genitals enables the penis to harden and stay erect. Blood pressure rises, heartbeat and breathing quicken, and the body becomes more sensitive to touch.

Cycle #3 – Plateau

Body temperature continues to rise and changes the color of her inner labia to an intense rosy red. Her uterus pulls upward into the abdomen, broadening the vaginal space allowing the penis to fit. The head of his penis becomes engorged with blood and swells. At the urethral opening, some men will secrete pre-ejaculatory fluid which contains semen.

Cycle #4 – Orgasm

Breathing, blood pressure, and heart rate increases as muscle tension is building to a peak. The vagina contracts at 0.8 second intervals so if you’ve ever wanted to know if a woman has reached an orgasm, just watch her vagina contract involuntarily. The testicles rise up close to his penis while his prostate gland is filled with fluid. When his automatic pelvic muscular contractions begin, it’s the point of no return…orgasm and ejaculation.

Cycle #5 – Resolution

This is when the body goes back to its normal pre-arousal state. Swelling in the genitals and other areas decrease. Muscles relax and organs and tissues resume their original positions. Heart beat and breathing slows down and some men feel so relaxed that they just want to go to sleep while women want to cuddle…but that’s another story!

For a woman, to empower her sexually and for a man to become multi-orgasmic, play the better sex game of tantra and experience new sexual heights of pleasures.

Whenever you plan a trip or if you have already booked a vacation package, you should always get separate single trip insurance to protect you against any potential problems during your trip. When you start looking for cheap single trip travel insurance, be sure to check all the details of the policy. You have to study what will be covered by the policy, what would be the restrictions as well as the exclusions of the cover, and what is the policy for excesses.

You can get cheap single trip travel insurance for as low as £4.19. This is usually a basic policy which will cover your medical expenses while you are on a trip. If you want more comprehensive coverage, you can get premium plans and the price would not be too expensive. With a premium plan, you are fully protected for the entire duration of your travel or vacation. This type of insurance coverage can save you from lots of inconvenience and financial troubles.

Basically, cheap single trip travel insurance will normally cover your medical expenses if an accident happens or you get sick while travelling. You can also have emergency dental service coverage from single trip travel insurance. Sometimes your baggage might be delayed or lost but you should not worry because this is usually also covered by the insurance. Baggage and passport theft is also normally included in cheap single trip travel insurance. If you are travelling with a child, he or she will also be covered by your policy.

If you are participating in winter sports such as skiing and snowboarding, you can pay a little extra in order to get coverage while engaging in such activities. Even your participation in the game of golf can be covered by cheap single trip travel insurance, leaving you to focus more on your game if you know that you are fully protected by insurance coverage. With such a policy, you will be able to fully enjoy your vacation without worrying about the expenses you have to pay in case an accident happens during your trip.

In case you cut short your travel or vacation, for an insured reason, and decide to go home earlier, you will not be able to get a refund for the unused single trip travel insurance premium. However, your companion or someone travelling with you can be covered by the policy. So, you really cannot lose in the bargain because you
ensured that your friend or a loved one can also be protected by your single trip travel insurance. This is probably the best deal that you can get from a travel insurance company. You will not only get full protection, you also get full guarantees that your covered claims will be honored even if you cut short your travel.

You can get a lot from single trip travel insurance. You must ensure that you have a policy that can provide protection for the entire duration of your holiday vacation. You will definitely enjoy your trip more if you know that covered risks can prevent you from experiencing financial problems if ever something happens during your trip.

The Eastern Cape is South Africa’s second largest and most diverse province

It’s a great sun, sand a sea destination with a coastline that runs from temperate rocky shores in the south to sub-tropical beaches in the north. There is a beach for every reason – from highly developed urban playgrounds to wild and untamed stretches of wae-washed sand. It has some of the best surf in the country – make that some of the best surf in the world. The small towns of Jeffreys Bay and St Francis Bay are renowned and very popular surf destinations and the Wild Coast has some legendary (and mostly secret) breaks.

The Eastern Cape is not classic lowveld, which is the vegetation type found around the Kruger National Park and is most usually associated with big game. However, this province has some awesome safari destinations. The Greater Addo Elephant National Park, near the town of Addo, conserves a staggering diverstiy of plant and animal life. There are a number of private game lodges, both in the national park and in surrounding private reserves. Best of all – it’s totally malaria free. South Africa’s first and – to date – only serious commercial ski resort is in the high-lying northern part of the Eastern Cape. OK, it’s not exactly Chamonix or Aspen – but its is skiing in Africa. Snowboarding’s big, too.

The Eastern Cape’s cultural heritage is particularly varied and interesting, and thre are so many interpretive tours, museums and monuments, you’ll never be bored. Towns that will particularly appeal to more culturally minded visitors include Graaff-Reinet and Grahamstown.

Nieu Bethesda, which is close to Graaff-Reinet, is a funky little village that owes its poularity to the existence of the Owl House, which is South Africa’s most well known example of outsider art. Port Elizabeth is renowned for its excellent township and cultural tours. The Nelson Mandela Museum in Umtata is a loving tribute to South Africa’s first president. Thre are great tours along the Wild Coast, on which you get to spend time with the local people and see how they live. The Grahamstown Festival or, more accurately, the National Festival of the Arts, which showcases a huge variety of South Africa’s visual and performance arts, is held in Grahamstown at the beginning of July.

There are some excellent golf courses, but they’re not all as conveniently close together as they are, for example, on the Garden Route. Some of the better courses are to be found in or near Port Elizabeth, Port Alfred, East London and Port Edward. A brand new golf course has been built at the rather interesting town of Alicedale, which is experiencing a huge economic revival after spending years as a virtual ghost town.
